The most effective teacher from my high school

When i think a teacher who were effective in my high school, my old teacher named taner gezgin comes to my mind.He is very sucessful teacher.He was helping to us not only for his lesson ,but also for our other lessons.He had worked very much to learn more information about us.Moreover,He was making some analyze about us generally.For example,he was working to learn all learning styles for each of us and was looking which learning syles are suitable for us.Also, he was interesting with our general caracteristic.he learned age of all of us and had learned whether we have any social, physycial, and emotional problems or not.Furthermore,Taner gezgin was stating objectives, he had learned his students and their behaviours.He did them for our learning skill to be mastered.Also,he have his own instructional method which includes some literacy.Taner hoca was prepearing some activities for us to practice what we learned in the class.Belong to activities we were being seperated groups and working together.Thanks to this method,we could participate lesson efficiently.Finally, Taner Gezgin was evaluating us to learn what we learned and whether we met the objectives or not and what can be done to arrive needs of student quickly.

Reflection

The begining of university was very hard for me because of foreign language which is english.I could not think that i would go a multi-disciplinary school so i did not give necessary importance to english when i was at high school.During prep school, i recognised that i need have learned the role of the hearing and listening better.I have had to improve my audio literacies to develop my hearing and listening better so i has developed  my video literacy because we were watching some english video in the class during prep school and i had to understand them better.After developing these literacies, they became my strongest literacies with text literacy.I think literacies are very important for developing learning skills so i think all teacher need to be competent in today's literacies.Today's literacies can help teacher to to improve qualified stdents.This is very important for me because i will also be a teacher.I will have to develop my literacies skill very well and i think that i always develop them because technology of education growes very fast.

The Current Use of Technology in Teaching in Turkey

        Unlike the previous years, using technology in teaching has improved very much in Turkey so far.For making education easy for student a lot of property of technology are using.
For example;the students are offered internet to reach information fast and easy.They are learning with smartboard.Moreover;they can see the board everywhere in their classroom thanks to projectors.They also hear the sound of teacher very well thanks to developed audio system.I remember that when i was in primary school, there was not any device like projector, television or smartboard.We could learn every information directly from our teacher, hovewer; i had a look to my brothers class one mouth ago, they have a smart board with an advanced computer and they also have a projector to reflect the screen of smart board everywhere in the class.I predict that technology will make student as very free when i start teaching. They will be choosing what to learn. They will not follow the system thanks to the developed technology and they will decide which learning style is suitable for them.They will get some help with literacies.For example;i am hapy with my cte 207  lesson because some literacies  which are visual, video and media literacies  help me  to learn quickly.We are using projector with a computer and we can also follow the lesson with our computers by doing this we are improwing our media, video and visual literacies.
